Silica sol casting (also called silica sol lost-wax casting) produces significantly finer surface detail, smoother finishes, and cleaner lines compared to sand casting. For a Pegasus sculpture, this means individual feather textures, muscle contours, and facial expressions are captured with much greater clarity. Sand casting leaves a rougher surface that requires more finishing work and cannot achieve the same level of fine detail. All our bronze Pegasus sculptures use the silica sol process exclusively.

Production time depends on size, complexity, and whether you choose an existing model or require a fully custom design. As a general guide: small to medium sculptures using existing models typically take 45-60 days; life-size custom Pegasus sculptures take 60-90 days; monumental pieces may require 90-120 days or more. We provide a specific production timeline in your quote, and we keep you updated with progress photos throughout the process.

Yes -- absolutely. Before packing, we conduct a full final inspection and send you a comprehensive set of photos and a video walkthrough of the finished sculpture from all angles. You have the opportunity to request adjustments at this stage. We only proceed with packing and shipping after you have confirmed your satisfaction with the finished piece.

Yes. Bronze is one of the most durable materials for outdoor sculpture. It is naturally weather-resistant and develops a beautiful natural patina over time. Our sculptures are treated with a protective wax sealant after patina application to enhance longevity. For large outdoor installations, we also engineer the internal structural support to ensure stability in wind and adverse weather conditions. With basic annual maintenance (re-waxing), a bronze Pegasus sculpture will last generations.

Yes. We have an extensive library of over 500 horse and Pegasus models covering a wide range of poses, sizes, and wing configurations. Choosing an existing model eliminates the clay model development cost and can significantly reduce your production timeline. We use professional export-grade wooden crating with internal foam and padding to protect every sculpture during transit. Most large sculptures are shipped by sea freight in containers, which is cost-effective and safe. For smaller or time-sensitive pieces, air freight is available. We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and work with experienced freight forwarders who regularly handle oversized art shipments. We provide full tracking information and keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

Our standard payment structure is a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment after you have approved the final inspection photos and video. The exact deposit percentage depends on the project scope and is confirmed in your contract. We accept international bank transfers (T/T). All payment terms are clearly outlined in the purchase agreement before any work begins.

Yes. We can add engraved bronze nameplates, inscriptions, family crests, property names, dates, or dedications to the base of any sculpture. Simply provide the text and any logo or crest artwork when you place your order, and we will incorporate it into the base design.
